WHY WE MAKES MOVES
We move for who we are now.
But more importantly, we move for who we’re going to be.
For the woman we’ll meet in the mirror at 70.
For the body we’ll still want to climb stairs with, dance in, make love in, travel in, laugh in.
We move so ageing doesn’t mean shrinking our lives.
We build strength for our future selves.
We create mobility for the adventures we haven’t planned yet.
We practice presence so we don’t spend our whole lives living from the neck up.
Be less concerned about what your body looks like, and get curious about how it can move, feel and heal.
